Combines cleaver features with a chef’s knife. The granton edge makes paper-thin slices and allows food to release from the blade more easily.

The high-carbon stainless steel blade gives you great sharpness with superior edge retention. The blade is stamped from cold-rolled steel and then ice empire to give you a strong blade that will last for years.

This knife is bolsterless which allows you to use the entire blade. The patented Fibrox handle is textured and slip resistant, which allows you to work with food safely without fear of the knife slipping from your hands.

Hand washing recommended.
