This LEM Products Collagen Edible Casing is 32mm or 1-1/4″, with an approximate stuffed weight of 21 lbs. The beef protein casing can be used for fresh sausage. There is no preparation necessary; just put them on your stuffing tube and before you know it, you will have uniformly sized sausages!
